The grip is made from soft leather that balances durability and comfort: it protects the palm from chafing while maintaining tactile sensitivity on the bar. The material supports regular recreational training use without restricting finger mobility.
Measure the distance from the base of the palm to the start of the middle finger (not the tip) to choose the correct size: XS (≤5.08 cm), S (5.08–6.35 cm), M (6.35–7.62 cm), L (7.62–8.89 cm), XL (8.89–10.16 cm). A correct fit ensures better grip and reduces the risk of slipping.
The Velcro closure provides quick, adjustable fastening to stabilise the grip on the hand. This system makes it easy to put on and remove between exercises and allows tension adjustment for comfort and skill level.
Designed for beginners in women’s artistic gymnastics, these grips are also suitable for acrobatic gymnastics sessions and cross training. They offer appropriate protection for learning movements on asymmetric bars.
