With its high adjustable weight of 40.8 kg per dumbbell, the SelectTech 1090 is suitable for even intense strength training. Switching between different weights is done easily via a rotating dial.
For those who find 40.8 kg too heavy, we recommend the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbell, adjustable from 5 to 52.5 lbs (2.3 to 23.8 kg).
The patented adjustment mechanism allows you to select the desired weight with a single turn. Only the weight plates needed for the selected weight are engaged, while the rest remain in the base.
