EPTA STAGE0 is our top-of-the-line disc, derived from the “STAGE0” developed for the WorldSBK (World Superbike) racing series. Despite its appearance, the EPTA STAGE0 is not a floating disc. Unlike traditional floating designs, the seven anchor points between the hub and braking track are fixed, ensuring maximum stability and braking precision even under the most demanding conditions. Whether you're tackling aggressive descents, racing at high speeds, or navigating challenging trails, this rotor is engineered for unparalleled performance and reliability.
Structure: The Ergal (AL7075-T6) hard-anodized black hub enhances stiffness and durability. The martensitic stainless steel braking track is laser-cut for maximum braking power.
Technology: CNC-machined grooves improve braking performance, aid heat dissipation, and keep surfaces clean. Ventilation holes reduce temperature, while peripheral fins act as heat radiators.
Treatment: The black surface is the result of a cataphoresis coating, which protects against corrosion and evolves with high-temperature use.
Compatibility: 6-Bolt, compatible with all braking systems.
