The robust weight plate made of solid cast iron is ideal for versatile strength training with dumbbells and barbells. Thanks to the various weight levels from 0.5 kg to 30 kg, you can precisely adjust your training and gradually increase the load – perfect for beginners and advanced users. The weight plate is made of high-quality cast iron and has a silver-grey hammered finish for a durable surface. A raised rim around the edge makes it easier to grip, lift and change weights. The weight and Gorilla logo are embossed directly into the plate. With a 30 mm bore, the weight plate fits all standard barbell bars with a 30 mm mount and is particularly suitable for dumbbell training in your home gym.
