Construction and materials
The Chilli Reaper combines a 6061 aluminium deck with a reinforced steel bar, offering a shock-resistant platform while remaining light (3.8 kg) to aid rotations and tricks. Aluminium forks and the 3-bolt clamp ensure a durable connection between components.
Performance and wheels
Fitted with 110 mm PU 88A wheels and ABEC 9 bearings, the scooter provides smooth roll, good speed efficiency and precise control. The model can be optimised for 120 mm wheels by modifying the brake to increase speed and smoothness.
Ergonomics and dimensions
With an overall height of 84 cm and a deck measuring 50 x 11.5 cm, the Reaper is suitable for riders around 130 cm and up (recommended height >1.50 m). The bar is 58 cm high and 58 cm wide for a stable, comfortable grip; ideally the bar should reach belly-button height when standing on the scooter.
System and safety
The Chilli Spider HIC compression system guarantees a rigid force transfer for tricks, while the rear foot brake provides intuitive and reliable stopping. The non-folding construction and lack of suspension make it a stiff model suited to freestyle.
Recommended use
Designed for freestyle scootering, the Reaper is suitable for children, teenagers and young adults (recommended from 6 years old) and supports riders up to about 100 kg depending on use. Its versatile profile makes it an excellent choice for learning tricks and regular skatepark use.
