The CushCore Plus is a foam system that combines all the advantages of the Performance and PRO systems, but optimized for larger tires and wider rims. Minimizing the risk of pinch flats, it's made of a lightweight, durable, low-density foam. This foam mounts onto the rim and halves the internal volume. It's still possible and recommended to use sealant for potential punctures.
This system allows you to run lower tire pressures, absorbs impacts 50% more effectively than a standard tubeless setup, reduces vibrations, and provides greater lateral tire stability. For example, when cornering, the tire deforms less while maintaining a large contact patch with the ground.
