The FINIS Z2 Gold Zoomers are short-blade training fins that build leg strength and refine kick technique for fitness and competitive swimmers. SmartFin Technology combines blade angle and hydrodynamic vents for an authentic kick cycle and instant forward momentum. Technique Channels control blade flex for efficient propulsion, while the short blade promotes a quicker, higher-frequency kick. A fluid separator on top reduces quad fatigue on the down kick, and a flex box on the underside catches water on the up kick to target hamstrings and glutes. Rubber construction and a closed-heel design provide a soft, secure fit and help inhibit hyperflexion. Suitable for all skill levels and for improving cardiovascular conditioning. Please note some sizes (44-45 and 46-48) do not include the black rubber sidings pictured.
