The bars are made of durable synthetic material and designed hollow to reduce weight while maintaining good strength. The rounded surface finish ensures comfortable handling during aerobic movements.
Each bar measures 130 cm long with a 30 mm diameter and an internal grip space of 84 cm, offering a suitable hold for various exercises. The 18.5 cm fixation zones allow the addition of compatible plates.
Despite a light unit weight of 2 kg, the bar supports loads up to 60 kg, making it versatile for intensive aerobic sessions or muscle-strengthening exercises.
