Construction and materials
GORILLA SPORTS Hi Temp plates are built around a solid steel core coated with rubber formulated and vulcanised at high temperature (160 °C). This construction provides excellent shock resistance, increased durability and a professional black finish suitable for strength training, cross-training and weightlifting environments.
Compatibility and dimensions
Each plate features a 51 mm bore diameter, designed to fit standard Olympic bars (compatible with 50 mm bars). The plates can be used on Olympic bars for all strength and technique exercises.
Weight range and progression
The plates are offered in several weights (2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg and 25 kg) allowing load adjustment according to level and goal. This range supports a safe, gradual progression of loads for bodybuilding, weightlifting and powerlifting.
Cushioning performance and floor protection
Thanks to the high-temperature rubber coating and a hardness of A75, the bumper plates offer effective cushioning on impact and reduce shock transmission to the floor, protecting garage or box floors while ensuring controlled rebound.
Recommended use
Designed for strength training, weightlifting and cross-training, these plates are suitable for home training as well as professional club use. They provide a good balance of absorption, durability and longevity for intensive sessions.
