The bar is made of chrome steel of high quality, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability. The chrome finish gives a professional appearance and makes maintenance easier, providing a smooth surface where needed and knurling at the grip.
With a total length of 50.5 cm, a sleeve length of 15.5 cm per side and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm (compatible with 51 mm plates), this bar accepts most standard cast or cement plates, allowing load adjustment according to the exercise.
The knurled handle (diameter 28 mm, inner 12.1 cm) ensures a firm grip even during intense efforts. The two included spring collars quickly secure the plates and allow fast changes between sets.
Ideal for strength, endurance and bodybuilding training, the bar allows muscle isolation and working on weak areas. It is suitable for heavy sets (up to 5 repetitions) aimed at increasing strength and for modulated sets (3–6 sets) for hypertrophy.
