The Speed Rope is made from durable plastic with a coloured translucent rope and long ergonomic black handles. This choice of materials ensures lightness, durability and a secure grip during intensive sessions.
The rope is offered in four preset lengths (213, 243, 274, 300 cm) to suit different heights and training styles. If the rope is too long, it can be shortened simply by tying a knot to adjust the length.
