The ERGON GP2 BioKork grip offers enhanced grip and superior ergonomics for the hand and wrist. The unique qualities of cork mean it is antibacterial and hypoallergenic. Cork's cushioning properties also make it an ideal grip material, and its density results in a significantly lighter grip. The GP2 BioKork uses 40% cork, sourced from managed forests in Portugal, certified for their friendly production. This friendly theme continues throughout the grip. The internal core is reinforced with plastic using fibers, representing 40% of its mass. Instead of mineral oil, the gel in the palm section of the grip is vegetable oil-based. All of this is the result of Ergon's "GreenLab" project. This new EVO version is even more comfortable; the redesigned, rubberized bar ends improve both feel and cushioning.
