You have the right to return products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt of payment and request a refund of the purchase price. Please contact customer service at gruezi@ultimus.ch to register the return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases: - If you stick the shipping label on the original packaging. Please use a box/envelope - preferably the box/envelope in which you received the product - and stick the shipping label on this box/envelope. - Hygiene articles (cloth masks, toothbrushes, razors, etc.) - All items from the category "Swimwear/swim trunks" - All items from the category "Socks & underwear" - All tried-on products from the category "Pet accessories" Allowance for expenses Unopened, undamaged original packaging: none Opened packaging or used product: at least 20% or minimum deduction of CHF 10. Electronic items: Please note, if electronic items have been unpacked from the original film and packaging and the film is no longer sticky and/or the box is bent, for example, we reserve the right to charge 30% as we can no longer sell these items as new.
