Supplied with 4.5 m long (38 mm wide) premium straps graduated every 5 cm, they attach in a flash to a beam, pull-up bar or any solid support, for instant height adjustment. Versatile, they allow you to perform an infinite range of exercises: pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, hanging push-ups, L-sit, plank and much more. You simultaneously build strength, coordination, stability and balance, while engaging deep core muscles.
