The MIPS brain protection system is designed to add at least 10% more safety on certain types of impact, compared with standard helmet construction. The Mips Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached to the inside of the helmet, between the foams and the EPS.Why is it more comfortable?The all-MET Rivale Mips is an evolution in external design and a revolution in internal form. The fit is unprecedented, and the helmet is more stable on the head thanks to its Safe-T Upsilon retention system. The 360° headband ensures there are no pressure points on the skull.
