Structure and materials
The Paros 5 is a sturdy tunnel tent equipped with a polyester 190T flysheet with PU coating and a sewn-in PE groundsheet. The combination of materials provides good rain protection and durability suitable for family camping.
Frame and fixing
The frame is composed of 11 mm fibreglass for controlled flexibility and the supplied pegs are made of 5 mm steel for secure fixing even on hard ground. Special anchor pegs with hooks improve the tension of the guy ropes.
Ventilation and interior comfort
The tent features 3 permanent vents and the Vario Vent Control system to regulate airflow. The large distance between flysheet and inner tent promotes air circulation and limits condensation, ensuring a more comfortable stay.
Layout and practical features
The spacious porch with a side mesh door and transparent window flap offers a sheltered area for gear and daily life. The inner tent groundsheet is sewn-in, does not move and facilitates maintenance. Inner pockets, organiser and lamp holder add practicality.
Visibility and safety
Guy ropes and ground straps in fluorescent green for improved night visibility, reinforced zips and reflective guy loops increase safety and ease of use in varying conditions.
