The indication is for example "48-52" for S (depending on the model). To measure head circumference, place a measuring tape or a string just above the eyebrows at the point where the circumference is the largest, once around the head. Since a cycling helmet should not be too tight and each helmet has an adjustment system, you can choose the size of the helmet model up to 1 cm larger for a comfortable fit.
