Size guide: Helmet sizes are based on head circumference in cm. The indication is, for example, '48-52' for S (depending on the model). To measure head circumference, place a measuring tape or a string just above the eyebrows where the circumference is largest, around the head. Since a cycling helmet should not be too tight and each helmet has an adjustment system, you can choose the helmet size (S, M, L, XL...) up to 1 cm larger for a comfortable fit.
