Multi Protein by SPONSER® is a multi-component protein formula consisting of high-quality milk protein, whey protein and egg albumin. Multi Protein is versatile due to the specific combination of the various protein sources, which are available both quickly and slowly: as a basic protein for covering daily protein requirements and for muscle building and recovery after sporting activities. Due to its slower digestion and thus long-lasting amino acid supply, Multi Protein is also ideally suited for maintaining muscle mass and as a satiating meal (supplement) to support diets.
The gentle treatment process using ultra- and microfiltration (CFM) of the contained milk and whey proteins guarantees the quality and offers the highest biological value. Digestion time of 1-3 h should be taken into account, consider intake timing depending on individual tolerance with regards to physical activity.
