SMART HEAT CONTROL
The Vulpés NeckPad Pro can be controlled via the integrated 3-stage controller [40-55°C] or the Vulpés SmartWear app [30-60°C]. With the predefined modes, the heat is emitted in pulses to relax the neck area and relieve tension. Please use the Vulpés SmartWear app and not the Vulpés Legacy app.
BATTERY LIFE
The neck pillow can be heated for between 3 and 8 hours using the 5000 mAh power bank supplied. It is also compatible with other brands of power banks (5V / 2A). The power bank is charged using the micro USB cable supplied. The charging port is located on the side of the power bank. For further information, please refer to the instructions for use.

Thanks to the portable power bank, the smart, heatable neck pillow can be used anytime, anywhere. The wireless technology allows you to use the neck pillow flexibly without having to rely on a power outlet. SOFT AND SKIN-FRIENDLY MATERIAL
The neck pillow is made of soft, skin-friendly material that gently adapts to the neck and prevents pressure points. For maximum comfort and safety, the material has been tested by the German Textile Institute for harmful substances such as lead, allergenic dyes, formaldehyde and phthalates and certified without objection.
SAFETY
Graphene technology provides reliable protection against sparks and flammability. The integrated temperature sensor continuously monitors the heat and ensures effective overheating protection. Both the Vulpés NeckPad Pro and the power bank are certified according to European safety standards.
CLEANING
We recommend hand washing the smart heating pad. Remove the power bank from the designated pocket before cleaning.
