To arrange your return, please contact us via your Decathlon customer account under “My Purchases.” Standard returns: For standard parcels, we provide a pre-printed return label. A return fee of CHF 7 will be deducted directly from the refund amount. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g., particularly large or heavy products), we also offer a return solution. We will organize the return shipment or provide a pre-printed return label. In this case, a return fee of CHF 49 will be deducted directly from the refund amount. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200, you will be refunded CHF 151. Please ensure that the item is returned in perfect condition and that all required documents are included in the package.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging included. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer must request the return label via their Decathlon account. Warranty Conditions This limited warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase of the product. If, during the warranty period, this product fails to function under normal use and service due to defects in design, materials, or workmanship, Vulpés-authorized dealers or service partners from whom you purchased the product will, at their discretion, either repair the product or replace it in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Vulpés and its service partners reserve the right to charge a handling fee if it is determined that a returned product is not covered by warranty under the conditions below. A. This limited warranty is only valid if the product to be repaired or replaced is accompanied by the original proof of purchase issued by a Vulpés-authorized dealer, indicating the purchase date and serial number. Vulpés reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information has been removed or altered after the original purchase of the product from the dealer. B. If Vulpés repairs or replaces the product, the repaired defect or the replacement product will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer. A repair or replacement may involve the use of functionally equivalent refurbished units. Replaced parts or components become the property of Vulpés. C. This warranty does not cover product failures resulting from normal wear and tear or from use in environments where applicable IP protection limits may be exceeded (including liquid damage or detection of liquid inside the device as a result of such use), misuse, or failure to follow Vulpés’ instructions for use and maintenance of the product. This warranty also does not cover failures caused by accidents, software or hardware modifications or alterations, or force majeure. D. A battery can be charged and discharged more than three hundred (300) times. However, wear will occur over time—this is not a defect and is considered normal wear and tear. E. This warranty does not cover product defects caused by installation, modifications, repairs, or opening of the product by any person not authorized by Vulpés. F. Except for this limited warranty, no other warranties, whether express or implied, written or oral, are provided. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. In no event shall Vulpés or its licensors be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits or commercial loss, to the extent such damages can be excluded by law. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable law, nor the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from the purchase/sale contract.
