It includes a Heat Exchange pot with a pouring spout and a robust frying pan that also serves as a lid. The Heat Exchange pot reduces cooking time by 20%. The set weighs 275 grams, has a volume of 0.95 litres, a diameter of 12.4 cm and a height of 16.5 cm. Everything stows neatly into the included mesh bag, which also has room for a titanium cutlery set and an Optimus Crux or Crux Lite stove.
