Directions for Use
Consume 1 gel every 45 minutes during exercise. For maximum effectiveness, take one gel immediately before the start and drink a few sips of water or an energy drink after consumption.
Ingredients: glucose syrup (EU), water, fructose, concentrated lemon juice, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycerophosphate, tasty raspberry, blackcurrant and strawberry flavourings, salt, goji juice powder 0.2% (70% concentrated goji juice, maltodextrins), zinc gluconate, vitamins: B1 (thiamine), B6, E and B3 (niacin).
