The Tunturi Platinum 4-in-1 strength training station set consists of four components, all of which can also be operated individually, with the exception of the leg press. This can only be used in conjunction with the lower body unit. This element is the adjustable upper body unit (11PTSS1010), which has an integrated weight stack of 86 kg. This unit can be used to train every muscle in the upper body. It has cable pulls from above and below, as well as an integrated chest press for bench presses.
