The Primo bike helmet is made using the In-Moulding system, which combines the inner expanded polystyrene (EPS) shell with the outer polycarbonate (PC) shell to maximize athlete safety. The position and size of the 10 front vents are designed to ensure optimal aerodynamics and constant ventilation during all cycling outings. The 6 rear vents direct airflow and significantly enhance ventilation by dissipating heat. At 230 g, it provides comfort and lightness that will satisfy even the most demanding athletes. The inner padding with a honeycomb structure, combined with the three-dimensional fabric varying in thickness from 5 to 8 mm, ensures a perfect fit and provides protection and ventilation. Thanks to the new Fitting Foam technology, the Primo helmet offers a new level of comfort with its soft and responsive insert that isolates the forehead from the EPS shell, significantly reduces vibrations, and enhances safety by keeping the helmet in a more stable position. The Up-Fit system allows for micrometric adjustment of the helmet's width and height, combined with Ergo-Light straps, for a perfect fit that adapts to your movements like a second skin.
