A well-balanced stick makes a big difference, especially at the junior level. The carbon layup keeps the weight low without making the stick feel unnecessarily sensitive. In addition, the QR Edge Taper quickly transfers energy into the shot, which is noticeable on shots taken on the move or with limited wind-up time. The redesigned blade provides a clear feel for the puck and helps execute quick moves cleanly. The 40 flex and the JR model should be suited to the player’s height, strength, and current skill level.
