The Maxxis Rekon tire is an aggressive trail tire inspired by the renowned Maxxis Ikon, designed for mixed and technical terrain. Its central knobs provide ideal stability, while the L-shaped side knobs ensure excellent grip in corners. Equipped with EXO sidewall reinforcement, it offers superior protection against abrasion and tearing. This version is also tubeless-ready, allowing for use with or without an inner tube. Its 3C MaxxTerra compound is a blend of softer rubbers that offers more traction than MaxxSpeed ​​and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip. In this Wide Trail version, it has been optimized for rims with an internal width of 30 to 35mm.
