You start with the light gray cable, offering the lowest resistance of 4.5 kg. Then you step by step build up to the black resistance band, which with a resistance of 13.5 kg represents the heaviest level. By combining multiple bands, you can even reach a maximum total resistance of 45 kg. This offers great possibilities for varied training at different levels.
