Building up to maximum resistances Are you just starting training? Then we recommend gradually increasing the intensity. The darker the color of the cable, the more resistance it represents. You start with the light gray cable, offering the lowest resistance of 4.5 kg. Then you step by step build up to the black resistance band, which with a resistance of 13.5 kg represents the heaviest level. By combining multiple bands, you can even reach a maximum total resistance of 45 kg. This offers great possibilities for varied training at different levels.
