The foam is included with the purchase of the helmet. You can also swap the helmet foam for another one later. Shell 1 fits foams 53 to 56, shell 2 fits foams 57 to 59, and shell 3 fits foams 60 to 63. Avoid distractions without compromising on aesthetics or safety. We designed this helmet to be both universal and unique so that it can be used by riders in all disciplines. Its dual-shell structure includes a robust expanded polystyrene and thermoformed polycarbonate inner shell, as well as a solid outer shell made of injection-moulded ABS. The internal lining made of breathable, hydrophilic, and antibacterial fabric is accompanied by an integrated adjustment system.
