A catching and throwing game for young and old is played with equal teams; 2 against 2, 3 against 3, etc. All players move around the net and the ball may be touched a maximum of 3 times per team before it's the other team's turn. If the opponent can no longer reach the ball, then the point goes to your own team.
With this ball game, you train your fitness and agility in a playful way together with your teammates and opponents. The set contains three balls. A large ball for beginners and two smaller balls for advanced players, increasing the level of difficulty.
