The SKLZ Super Sandbag features a robust outer shell made from abrasion-resistant material, built for heavy use in the gym or outdoors. The secure zipper allows easy insertion and removal of the internal weight bags while protecting the contents during training.
The bag includes four weight bags of 4.5 kg each (total 18 kg) that can be used individually or combined to adjust exercise intensity and progress strength and fitness.
Several strategically placed handles provide varied grip options (close to the body, wide or rotational grips), enabling a large variety of functional and dynamic movements to work the upper and lower body.
