The Stan’s DART Refill Pack includes six replacement DART plugs for use with the Stan’s DART Tool or Incredible DART Tool. Supplied in a resealable package, these refills ensure you are always ready to repair larger punctures on the trail or road.
Each DART uses a flexible, laser-cut woven material that conforms to irregular puncture shapes caused by sharp debris, rocks and trail hazards. Treated with a reactive compound, the material bonds with Stan’s liquid sealant inside the tyre to create both a mechanical and chemical seal.
This combination allows the DART to permanently repair punctures and slices that are too large for tubeless sealant to seal on its own.
For best results, DART refills should remain sealed in the packaging to maintain the hydration of the reactive treatment.
