Scotty Cameron presents the most significant redesign of its blade putter lineup in recent history with the new 2025 Studio Style line, a bold statement for the future with a nod to the past. Showcasing Scotty's legendary eye for craftsmanship and design, coupled with innovative new approaches to materials, milling, performance, and technology, this new 12-model range includes new additions, completely redesigned previous models, and timeless classics dramatically updated to meet the demands of the modern player, while pushing sound, feel, and performance to new heights.
New Carbon Steel Face Insert
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the brand's original Studio Style line with GSS inserts, the 2025 Studio Style lineup features softer Studio Carbon Steel (SCS) face inserts with chain-link face milling technology across the entire line. Selected from numerous metals after extensive sound, feel, and player testing, carbon steel has long been revered by Scotty Cameron enthusiasts and tour players like Jordan Spieth for its unmistakably soft sound and feel. A new electroless nickel plating process has been implemented for the Studio Style line to enhance durability and prevent the corrosion traditionally associated with carbon steel putters. This process also helps maintain the soft feel, bringing back the advantages of this material in a durable redesign that meets the performance demands of today's golfer. All putter heads are precision-milled and soft-machined in the USA before inserts are bolted to the heads and finished with aerospace-inspired vibration damping technology. A snd damping mass is attached around the perimeter of the insert, providing an impeccable, solid feel.
New Chainlink Face Milling Technology: The link between sound and feel: The chainlink face milling is the result of months of testing in the Scotty Cameron Putter Studio and on tour to find a new face milling pattern that creates the ideal combination of soft sound, preferred roll characteristics, and controlled putter face speed. The result is a new face that not only feels softer than previous generation Scotty Cameron putters, but also allows players to hit short to medium putts, where speed is key, with more confidence and power.
Studio Style Squareback 2: This multi-material model continues its evolution as a mid-mallet putter with the familiar I-beam lot neck, superior alignment thanks to its angular features and a new heel-toe inlay, and a redesigned sole that promotes a square setup. The SCS insert provides a soft feel. The putter is milled from 303 stainless steel and features a 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum sole plate for balanced weight distribution.
