Whether youre monitoring time, distance, speed, stroke rate, watts or stroke output: thanks to the electronic display, you can retrieve your performance data at any time. This will also enable your coach to keep an eye on training progress and if necessary, intervene at an early stage to correct problems. The Vasa ergometer creates resistance using an eddy brake. The resistance level can be adjusted using the airflow flywheel and can be set to a host of different training levels ranging from rehabilitation and leisure sport to competitive swimming.
