When designing the all-new Trail EVO, TRP aimed to create a braking system that met the specific needs of modern mountain bikes. With the potentially increased speed and weight of an electric motor and battery, these bikes typically generate more heat than a conventional mountain bike. The Trail EVO braking system combines the latest braking technologies with existing technology developed on the Downhill World Cup circuit. The result isn't a rebranded downhill brake, but rather a system that will meet the unique requirements of today's mountain bikes.
