Exercise and perspiration tend to go hand in hand. But it's not very nice feeling damp and sticky every time you work out. To limit this unpleasant feeling, we've made this sports bra from a breathable fabric that wicks perspiration and dries quickly. So you can give your all while staying nice and dry.
How are the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras tested?
Our laboratories conduct breast support tests that assess the reduction in the breasts' acceleration during a sports activity. Our bras are then categorised as one of these three levels: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.
Why is it important to protect the breasts during exercise?
Your breasts are fragile as they're supported mainly by skin. During sports activities, they're subjected to more movement and bouncing than normal, no matter your cup size or age. Depending on the activity you're doing, they can end up supporting up to 5 times their normal weight. Wearing a sports bra provides essential support and protects your breasts from impacts, which prevents pain and premature sagging.
How do you know which is the right size?
If your sports bra is exactly the right fit, you can be confident that it will support your breasts and be comfortable. To choose the right size, grab a tape measure and follow these steps: - Stand in front of a mirror; - Hold the tape measure horizontally against your upper back, roughly level with the bottom of your shoulder blades; - Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust; - Take the measurement without pulling it tight; - Use our online calculator for more precision.

This bra is designed for intensive sports use and can be washed very frequently. We recommend washing it in our laundry bag, which is sold separately (ref. 8505236), at no more than 30°C. Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability. We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.

Our range comes in three levels: - Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.); - Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.); - Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).
