The finis z2 gold zoomers are ideal swimming fins for swimming training. With their short blade the z2 gold zoomers encourage shorter and faster movements. The short fins are suitable for swimmers of various levels from recreational to competitive swimmers. The fins are made of soft rubber and offer high wearing comfort. The short blade of the fins encourages short and fast movements for propulsion through the water. This makes the zoomers ideal as training fins for cardio and speed training. The blade and the footpad of the fins are made of soft rubber and offer high wearing comfort. The footpad is closed ensuring a soft and secure fit and preventing hyperflexion (excessive bending in a joint). The combination of a soft footpad and a stiffer blade helps you train for a more powerful leg kick. The z2 gold zoomers are cleverly developed and designed; for instance the short fins feature a raised edge at the top of the fins a so-called fluid separator. This ensures that the foot cuts through the water easily and guides water away from the blade. This reduces resistance and results in faster movements. The flex box catches water during the upward movement and strengthens the hamstrings and glutes. Together with the vortex channels and the curved edges on the blades the swim fins ensure that the time between the movement of the foot and the action edges of the fins is reduced. As a result it feels as if you are swimming without fins yet they provide a great deal of propulsion. This allows your body to sit higher and better in the water enabling you to perform technique training for a longer period of time. Due to the short blade of the training fins you have to work hard to move forward through the water; shorter and faster leg movements allow you to train more efficiently. This strengthens the leg muscles and improves endurance.
