To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon customer account under ‘My purchases’. Standard returns: You are responsible for the return postage costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller items). We will send you a prepaid return label. This will save you CHF 1.50 on postage costs with Swiss Post. Important note: Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documentation with the parcel.
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the withdrawal policy. Irrespective of the statutory warranty rights and right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a 30-day right of return, under which you may return items to us within 30 days of the date of purchase – i.e. the date of the order confirmation – without giving any reason. The purchase price and, provided all items from the order are returned, the delivery charges will be refunded. In the event of a partial return, the delivery charges will not be refunded. The right of return is excluded if we receive items back damaged or incomplete and the damage or incompleteness is your fault.
