Return fees

To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon account under “My Purchases”. Standard returns: Return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. small items) are at your expense. Upon request, we can provide you with a prepaid return label. With this label, you benefit from a CHF 1.50 reduction on shipping costs with Swiss Post, and an amount of CHF 7.00 will be deducted from the refund. Important note: Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents inside the parcel.

Additional Provisions Warranty services do not result in an extension of the warranty period, nor do they start a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed replacement parts ends together with the warranty period of the entire product. The warranty is limited to products imported and sold through Dalfasport. In particular, Dalfasport declines all responsibility for the following situations: Damage or malfunctions caused by accidents, improper handling, misuse, or negligence Improper assembly, handling, or storage Insufficient maintenance or use of unsuitable materials Failure to follow operating or training instructions, inadequate care and maintenance, corrosion and oxidation caused by humidity or sweat, improper transport, storage, or use Installation of spare parts or additional components not originally intended for or incompatible with the product or vehicle Extreme environmental influences Accidents, improper operation, or negligence Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s operating or maintenance instructions Any effects caused by contact with sharp objects, bending, pressure, falls, abnormal impacts, or other actions beyond Dalfasport’s control Excessive use (for example, racing applications involving products not intended for such use) Force majeure Intentional or negligent damage For mounting, adjustment, or retrofit parts for vehicles and technical devices, the warranty is limited to the cost of the materials only. The warranty does not include labor costs (for example installation or removal costs). Minor defects that do not affect the use of the product are excluded from the warranty.

Refund modality

Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Return modality

In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, we offer customers a voluntary 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery or collection of the goods. In Switzerland, a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases is generally not mandatory, except in specific cases; therefore, the conditions below apply as the seller’s commercial policy. Return Period Products may be returned within 30 days from delivery or collection. For defective products upon delivery (DOA – Dead On Arrival), the defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Conditions for Return Acceptance The purchase price will be refunded provided that: the product shows no signs of use; the product is returned complete with all accessories; the product is returned in its original packaging with all original labels intact. Products Excluded from Return The following products cannot be returned: incomplete products or products with missing accessories; products without the original packaging; electronic software licenses (ESD); food products; cars and electric or hybrid vehicles. Guarantee modality

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
