Refunds for properly returned products will be processed within 4 days of receipt of the return by the seller. Repayment will be made exclusively via the same payment method used for the original order.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Return shipping is free of charge – a prepaid return label will be provided via the Decathlon customer service team. Exchanges and returns at Decathlon stores or warehouses are not possible. Refunds will be processed within 4 calendar days of handover to the carrier, via the original payment method. To receive your return label: Log in to your account on decathlon.ch, click on "My Purchases" and select the relevant order. Under "Order Details", click on "Create Return/Exchange" to request a return label. Our customer service team will provide all necessary return instructions within 48 business hours.
Products purchased on decathlon.ch are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to defects resulting from normal use or manufacturing faults. Depending on the assessment of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Please include all required documents (proof of purchase, photos, etc.).
