Standard returns: Return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g., smaller products) must be covered by the customer. We will send you an unpaid return label. This allows you to save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs with Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g., particularly heavy or large products), we will organize the return shipment or send you a suitable return label. A return fee of CHF 49.- will be charged and deducted directly from your refund amount. Example: For a product price of CHF 200.-, we will refund CHF 151.-. Important notice: Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents in the package.

Returned products will be refunded within 4 days after receipt by the seller. The refund will be made exclusively using the same payment method as the original order, without exception.

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery. The warranty applies provided that the defect is due to normal use or a manufacturing fault. Depending on the seller’s assessment of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Please attach all required documents for warranty activation or any possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
