Refund modality

Refunds for properly returned products will be issued within 4 days of the seller receiving the return. Refunds will be issued exclusively via the same payment method used when placing the order.

Return modality

To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon customer account under «My Purchases». Standard returns: You cover the return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller products up to 30kg). We will send you an unfranked return label. With this label, you save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs at the Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g. particularly heavy or large products), we will either organize the return shipping for you or send you a suitable return label. A return fee of CHF 49.– applies, which will be deducted directly from your refund. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200.–, we will refund CHF 151.–. Important note: Please make sure the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents inside the package. - Please select an option: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. - Exchanges and returns of products sold by CHRIS box AG are not accepted at Decathlon stores or warehouses. - The item is unused and in its original packaging - The original packaging is complete and undamaged - The item is not defective - There are no third-party labels on the product or packaging - Zippers are closed - Return address: CHRIS sports AG, Fabrikstrasse 10, 8360, Eschlikon TG, Switzerland - The maximum refund period is 14 calendar days from the date of handover to the carrier. - The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order. - If NO return label is included in the package: Log in to your customer account on decathlon.ch and click on “My Purchases.” Select the order you wish to return. Under “Order Details,” click “Create Return/Exchange.” You can then request a return label or further instructions from the seller. Our customer service team will provide you with all necessary information for the return within 48 business hours. If a return label is included: 1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging. 2. Attach the return label to the package so it is clearly visible. 3. Send the package to the return address listed above.

Guarantee modality

Products purchased on decathlon.ch are covered by a two-year warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty applies provided the defect is due to normal use or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the seller’s assessment of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Please include all necessary documents for activating the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase receipt, photos, audio clips, etc.).
