Terms of sale

This item is sold through a trusted Decathlon Marketplace seller. Please be aware of their unique terms of service.
Return fees

To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon account under "My Purchases." Standard Returns: Return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g., small items that can be returned via regular mail) are at your expense. We will send you a non-prepaid return label. With this label, you will benefit from a CHF 1.50 discount on shipping costs with Swiss Post. Heavy and/or Bulky Item Returns: For returns of heavy items (from 20 kg) and/or bulky items (from 1 meter in at least one dimension), we offer a specialized return solution. In this case, we will organize the pickup and charge a flat return fee of CHF 49.–, which will be deducted directly from the refunded amount. Example: for a product worth CHF 200.–, we will refund CHF 151.–. Please note: The return must be made in impeccable condition for a refund to be possible, as mentioned in our Return Conditions.

Refund modality

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a period that varies depending on the issuer. Please note that: • Delivery, assembly, and transaction fees are non-refundable; • In the event of an order cancellation at the customer's initiative and through no fault of our own, transaction fees and any bank charges incurred by the seller will be deducted from the refunded amount. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet: 1. Check your bank account again; 2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; 3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nordictrack.ch. Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@nordictrack.ch. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return modality

To be eligible for a return, an item must meet the following conditions: • The item must not have been used; • It must be in its original condition, intact, unopened, un-assembled, still sealed (strapped) and in its original packaging; • The return must be requested within 30 days following delivery. The following items cannot be returned: • Gift cards; • Downloadable software; • Fitness equipment that is assembled, used, or whose boxes are no longer sealed (strapped); • Health or hygiene products; • Products damaged, incomplete, or modified by the customer. A proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or online order confirmation) is mandatory for any return. Under no circumstances should items be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Guarantee modality

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated. The following are excluded from the warranty: • Wear and tear parts (belts, bearings, etc.); • Damage resulting from improper or abusive use; • Any product used for commercial, professional, institutional, or rental purposes (non-domestic use). Our equipment is exclusively intended for domestic use. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the cancellation of the warranty. Regarding fitness products, all warranty interventions are carried out on-site by our authorized technicians. Please do not return the device. The customer must complete a service request form available on the website of the respective brand.

Carriers delivery times

Delivery and Installation Conditions We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein, from Monday to Friday, depending on your availability and that of our logistics center. Delivery options will be presented directly in your cart before payment. Once the order is confirmed, our team will contact you by phone or e-mail to schedule an appointment for delivery and/or installation. Delivery Times The standard delivery time is 10 to 15 business days maximum. In the event of a stock shortage, this period may be extended. Continuum-Solutions cannot be held responsible for any delay related to the temporary unavailability of a product. Preparation for Delivery and Installation To ensure a successful delivery and installation (excluding WiFi/iFIT configuration), please carefully check the following before our team arrives: • The width of doors, indoor and outdoor stairs; • The minimum height required for the transport and use of the equipment; • The dimensions and maximum load of elevators (if applicable); • A clear and unobstructed access path to the installation site; • A suitable, clean space that complies with the device's dimensions. In case of doubt, please send us photos accompanied by measurements via e-mail before the delivery date. Liability and Special Conditions If the delivery or installation cannot be carried out due to non-compliance with the conditions mentioned above, Continuum-Solutions shall not be held liable. In this case, delivery costs remain due, even if a return of the product must be organized. Thank you for your understanding.
