3D Printed Product: 3D printing is a so-called additive manufacturing technique that proceeds by adding material, unlike techniques that proceed by removing material, such as machining. This allows our workshops and customers to order on-demand a part produced in France in our Additive Manufacturing laboratory at Decathlon Btwin Village or in our validated partner workshops. Return and Exchange Policy: All Products sold by DECATHLON on the Site benefit from a commercial warranty of 365 days from the date of receipt. The following are excluded from the benefit of this warranty: voluntarily damaged products, products that have been used in an unsuitable practice, dirty or personalized products such that they cannot be resold second-hand or given away as is. Under this policy and in the case of a return by post, DECATHLON covers the return costs as long as the Buyer follows the return procedure to be carried out on the Site from the "My purchases" section of "My account". This right of return does not apply to products with an obvious personal character (e.g., personalized parts). DECATHLON's 3D printed products benefit from the same legal warranty as new products, namely a 2-year warranty. Certain products sold by DECATHLON on the site may benefit from an additional commercial warranty, the duration of which is specified on the product page of the items concerned: this additional commercial warranty also applies to second-life items. In the event of a defect or malfunction affecting a DECATHLON Product covered by legal or commercial warranties, the Buyer must: Either go to the "My account", "My purchases" section, and select the order concerned. Subsequently, they select the appropriate reason justifying the return of the Product(s). This process will allow them to download and print the prepaid return label. Once DECATHLON has notified them by email that their return request has been taken into account, the Buyer must return the Product(s) by following the procedure indicated on the label. Or return the Product(s) to a DECATHLON store located in Metropolitan France or Corsica. In the case of a return by post, upon receipt of the Product at the warehouse or in store, DECATHLON will examine the Product to determine if the alleged defect or malfunction is covered by a legal or commercial warranty. In the event that the return is deemed compliant by DECATHLON, the latter will proceed: Under the legal warranty: by order of priority, either to repair, exchange, or refund. Under the return policy for exchange or refund: All products returned without the agreement of DECATHLON will systematically be treated as a non-compliant return. It is reminded that the Internet user is free to choose another method of sending their product than those proposed by DECATHLON, in which case the costs will be at their expense. They are also free to take out insurance or not in case of loss, theft, or destruction of their parcel. DECATHLON cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the Internet user's parcel. Finally, the Internet user is responsible for the method of packaging their product, which must be carried out in such a way that the product can travel without risk of breakage or degradation.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

As a commercial gesture, DECATHLON covers the return costs of the Products within the framework of the valid exercise of their right of withdrawal by the Buyer. To do this, the Buyer must go to the "my purchases" section of their account to make their return declaration online. They must then download, print, and stick the prepaid label on their return parcel. For all other products, the customer must contact the following number to arrange the return: 07 64 68 89 35. In the event of non-compliance with the return procedures communicated to the Buyer, notably the use of the prepaid return label, the latter will not be able to benefit from the coverage of return costs by the Seller. The risks of the return are borne by the Buyer. Only Products returned complete, clean, and in perfect condition will be accepted. Otherwise, the return will be considered non-compliant and will not be refunded by the Seller.
