In the event of a return or exchange, G-Heat undertakes to provide the customer with a return label. Return shipping costs of CHF 7 remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned products will be refunded within 14 days from the date the seller receives them. Refunds will only be made using the same payment method used for the original order, without exception.
All items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. To return a product, please follow the return procedure on the Decathlon website via your customer account. Please do not return or send your items directly to a Decathlon store. What are the return conditions? In the event of a return, G-Heat undertakes to provide the customer with a return label. Shipping costs for sending the new product will be fully covered by G-Heat. Returns are made under the sole responsibility of the customer. If the returned parcel and/or its contents are lost during transport, incomplete, or damaged, G-Heat cannot be held responsible, and no refund or exchange may be claimed by the customer. If there is no return label in the package: Go to your customer account on decathlon.ch and click on “My Purchases.” Select the order you wish to return. Under “Order Details,” click on “Create a return/exchange.” You can then request a label or additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. Items must be returned in their original box and complete. The product’s original box must not be used as shipping packaging and must be placed in suitable protective packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected (within 48–72 business hours), we will send you an email informing you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or denied.
G-Heat products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. The warranty applies only to defects discovered during the warranty period and is valid exclusively for the original purchaser. G-Heat products comply with their technical descriptions and specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure that they are suitable for your intended use and to select them accordingly.
Standard delivery (3 to 5 business days). Customs fees are covered by us, so no additional charges will be applied.
