If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below: Standard returns: To return a product, register your return in your Decathlon customer account under “My Purchases”. Return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller items) are at your own expense. We will send you an unfranked return label, which saves you CHF 1.50 on Swiss Post shipping fees. Important note: Please ensure the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents in the package. Returns for bulky goods (Sperrgut) 1. Register your return Returns must be registered in advance using the following form: 👉 www.just4motion.ch/ruecksendungen After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email including the delivery note. Important: The delivery note must be included in the return so our logistics can correctly identify your parcel. Without it, a refund cannot be processed. 2. Shipping and address Return shipping is at your own cost. Please indicate your sender’s address and your Decathlon order number (starting with “CH…”). You can find it: - on the delivery note received from us, - in your Decathlon order confirmation, - or in your Decathlon customer account. Excluded items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: - Used, defective, or damaged products - Products without original intact packaging - Incomplete items (missing parts, packaging, etc.) If these conditions are not met and the item is no longer resellable, no refund can be issued. Our logistics team will verify each return. 4. Refund Once your return has been successfully inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that the time it takes for the money to appear depends on Decathlon’s internal payment processing — usually 2–3 working days after our confirmation.
Refunds: Credits will be refunded in the same form as the original payment. Shipping costs are never refunded in the case of returns or exchanges.
If the delivered item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used at checkout. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Used, defective, or damaged items Items not in their original, intact packaging Incomplete items (missing components, packaging, etc.)
All cases of contractual breaches and their legal consequences, as well as any claims by the customer – regardless of their legal basis – are comprehensively regulated by these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Any other claims by the buyer – irrespective of the legal grounds – are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The seller, its auxiliary persons, and any agents shall not be liable for any damage that is not caused to the product itself, in particular for consequential damages, loss of profit, or other financial losses of the buyer.
Order before 3:00 p.m. – delivered the next day. No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends.
