You may withdraw from your contract within 30 days without giving any reason in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are delivered before the deadline expires – by returning the goods. Please do not worry if you have changed your mind or if the ordered products do not meet your expectations.
Tips for returns and exchanges Products can easily be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact DECATHLON customer service or use your DECATHLON customer portal. Hygiene products removed from their original packaging (for example: socks, underwear, etc.) are excluded from the right of return. Returns are not possible for opened socks and underwear. Thank you for your understanding.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, a two-year warranty applies.
Delivery Rohner Socks ships all items in stock immediately after receiving your order. You will therefore receive your goods within 1–2 working days, but no later than 4 working days. If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, the expected delivery time will be communicated to you by email or the amount already paid will be refunded immediately. The displayed prices are binding. They include the applicable VAT. For deliveries to Switzerland, VAT amounts to 8.1% of the value of the goods. For items ordered via the Décathlon / Rohner Socks Marketplace, only the prices displayed in the shopping cart immediately before submitting the order apply. The prices include the statutory VAT applicable in Switzerland.
