Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Select the order you wish to return. Under “Order details”, you can click on “Create return/exchange”. You can then request a return label or further instructions from the seller. Our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information for the return within 48 working hours. If a return label is included: 1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging. 2. Affix the return label to the parcel so that it is clearly visible. 3. Send the parcel to the return address provided above.
For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
