Standard Returns: For the return of standard parcels (e.g. smaller products that can be sent back via regular postal service), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns of heavy or bulky items: For items that are heavy (from 30 kg) or bulky, we will arrange the pickup for you. In this case, a return fee of CHF 49.00 will be charged, which will be deducted directly from the refund amount. Please note: The item must be returned in perfect condition for a refund to be issued. MINT LAMA GmbH grants customers a right of return within 30 days of receiving the goods. The items must be inspected immediately upon receipt. To exercise the right of return, the returned goods must be in their original packaging (including the outer box) and in an undamaged, unused, clean, functional, and complete condition. The product packaging must not be damaged, written on, or labeled. If the item (including accessories and original packaging) is incomplete or shows any kind of damage, a refund will not be granted.
In the event of a return, it is necessary to contact us in advance. To exercise the right of return, the returned goods must be in their original packaging and in an undamaged, unused, clean, functional, and complete condition. The packaging must not be damaged.
In general, all products offered by MINT LAMA GmbH have a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Parcel deliveries are handled by DHL. Orders placed and paid for by 12 p.m. are shipped the same day. Usually, the package is delivered on the next working day; in some cases and remote areas, delivery may take one additional day. If DHL is unable to reach anyone on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made the following day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox. The customer must respond within 8 days. If the package is returned to us due to a lack of timely response to the delivery notice, the costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.
