Any MJSS product manufactured or purchased within the last two years is generally eligible for an RMA request (Return Merchandise Authorization). A copy of the original proof of purchase must be provided in order for a warranty or RMA claim to be processed. Please note that eligibility for an RMA does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement, repair or refund. Once received, the product will be inspected. Further processing will depend on the condition of the product and the nature and cause of the reported defect. The warranty may in particular exclude damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect care, external influences or use contrary to the product and safety instructions. For voluntary returns, our 30-day return period from receipt of the order also applies.

You can return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in excellent and complete condition and, wherever possible, unused. All original labels, tags, accessories and other components supplied with the product must remain attached or be included. Whenever possible, please return the products in their original packaging and ensure that they are adequately protected during transportation. Once we receive your return, the goods will be inspected. If the conditions for a refund have been met, the corresponding refund will be processed after the inspection has been completed. Refunds will generally be made using the original or agreed payment method unless another arrangement has been made. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required due to a defective product, an incorrect delivery or applicable legal requirements.
Standard returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for standard parcels, such as smaller products. Upon request, we can provide an unpaid return shipping label. When this label is used, a discount of CHF 1.50 may be applied to the corresponding shipping costs at Swiss Post. Please note that this is an unpaid return label. The actual postage and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Important: Please make sure that the item is in excellent and complete condition and include all documents required to process the return. Pack the goods carefully to ensure that they are adequately protected during transportation.
